Teleworking – Chance for Employment

The company Euroface is a partner in the project named „Teleworking – Chance for Employment“ approved in the Operational Programme Human Resources Development. The main objective of the project is to practical use of an effective tool for active employment policy – homeworking.

The main advantage of homeworking is the suitability for social and healthy disabled people. Project activities focused on these target groups involves creation of an efficient consulting and educational package which will help them to find and keep a responsible job position. We are creating new communication channels for employment of target groups in small and medium enterprises, some of them are involved in project partnership (Denesa spol. s r.o., Promat Vsetin, a.s., Pilana Nastrojarna s.r.o.).

The influence on target groups is ensured by partners associations and non-profit organizations (Czech Association of Women, Center of Services for Healthy Disabled People). We establish a new labour market and consulting, information and methodical tools with the aim to decrease the unemployment of the socially excluded groups of population.
