KPZ II – The First Quarter Behind Us

KPZ

The KPZ II project is running successfully! After the first six months, we are already supporting 18 people aged 55+ as they return to the labour market. How are we meeting our goals, and what results have we achieved so far?

The project focused on supporting people aged 55 and over who face long-term unemployment, started in May 2025. We are aware that this target group needs specific support – otherwise, they are at risk of long-term unemployment, social isolation, and financial difficulties.
We have set quite ambitious goals for the project, and so far, we are successfully meeting them. During the first six months, we have involved 18 participants, whom we support in returning to the labour market. We use a range of tools, with our experienced employment counsellor being in the closest contact with all participants. The team also includes a psychologist, a social worker, a legal advisor, a trainer, and workplace mentors.
Two participants have already gained new qualifications, and five have started new jobs supported by wage subsidies.
The project is mainly implemented in the Kroměříž region, where we have ideal conditions for personal meetings. However, some participants come from more distant areas, including one from outside the Zlín region.
Most project activities are based on the individual needs of each participant and provide solutions to their specific challenges. We also organize small group meetings to encourage experience sharing and mutual support among participants.
If you find yourself in a difficult life situation, don’t hesitate to contact us and ask for help.
